As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. We have various shifts available.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning various machine operation duties

Basic duties include:

• Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials, and perform any duties requested by the Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read job orders
• Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
• Enter data into computer systems
• Perform manual production duties
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
• Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
• Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
• Assembly of component parts
