PLAINTIFFS PERSONAL INJURY | LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Seeking a 3-10+ years' Litigation Attorney with Personal Injury experience for a well-established Plaintiffs Personal Injury firm in Odessa. The ideal Plaintiffs/Defense candidate to have strong writing skills, attention-to-detail, heavy experience in high-volume case management in Personal Injury. Focus areas include: Auto, Commercial Vehicle, Wrongful Death, Workplace Injury, Premises and Product Liability, Complex Civil Litigation. With multiple offices, this PI firm has a youthful vibe, Top 40 under 40 attorneys; they offer a collegial work environment; and a resourceful and time-efficient individual will thrive here for future career growth opportunities into Commercial cases. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Trial experience preferred
  • Passion in advocating for clients
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda
  • Attend court hearing, depositions, mediations
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
