Essential Functions

Prepare and maintain Master Station Logs, Frequency Clearance/Protection checklists, Operations Directives, Job Assignment sheets, Daily Schedules, FCA System Status Reports, and software required to control and manage the WR RF environment. Provide on-shift real-time technical guidance. Coordinate with other operational control centers at the Western Range, other DoD test Ranges, Air Force personnel, Government personnel, outside Contractor, RGNext management, and FCA personnel. Generate contract data items and maintain several databases. Perform other duties/cross utilization as assigned.

Required Skills

Ability to make independent decisions based on the information at their disposal. Solid conflict management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with specific emphasis on attention to detail Ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment.

Required Experience

Associate’s degree in a technical related field or technical school certification or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of technical or analysis related work experience. Proficient at operating computer and Microsoft Office suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship. Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement Valid U.S. Driver’s License

 The hourly rate for this role is determined by a Collective Bargaining Unit and ranges from $29.56 to $36.92. RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
