In our 25-bed, stroke certified unit RNs and CNAs work together in a 1:1 care model, where the RN is solely responsible for patient care. The unit treats cardiac, neuro, and stroke patients and we perform:
Heart catheterization Pacemaker insertion Ablations Pulmonary vein isolation Bedside procedures Thoracentesis Gastroenterological proceduresHere you will find a Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Clinical Resource Nurse who round on patients daily and are able to provide feedback regarding their care and are always available to support you and help with patients when needed.
In addition to the desire to work in a diverse setting where every day is different you may have an intense day with critical care patients, but also have general care patients that help balance the day we require:
Current State of Nebraska RN licensure or approved compact RN licensure BLS CertificationJoin an exemplary team like no other great employees, great caregivers and great co-workers.
