Baptistcare is looking for Registered Nurses to join our residential aged care facility in Rockingham on a permanent full-time, part-time, or casual basis.
Duties:
Develop individualised, person-centred support that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing Provide direct clinical care and oversee the delivery of clinical and allied health services Report on clinical incidents and care related events Create and monitor care plans and assessments for residents Provide leadership and supervision to enrolled nurses and care partners Supervise and administer medications in accordance with regulations, policies and scope of practice Build relationships with individual residents, families and staff Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies, procedures and Baptistcare valuesRoster
3 to 5 days a week Flexible shiftsSkills and Experience:
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead and positively influence a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of person-centred support Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical Willingness to obtain National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check Willingness to obtain or provide proof of NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleAbout Us:
