Talent Acquisition Coordinator

IMPACT ON BUSINESS:

As a member of the HR team, support the execution of new hire onboarding, talent acquisition and training & development deliverables.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [Essential Functions]:

Oversee scheduling, rescheduling and calendaring interviews (phone, virtual and onsite) by working with internal leaders, department executive administrators, external recruiting partners, and candidates. Accurately generate itineraries for all in person interviews at our corporate offices. Deliver a great candidate experience by setting up interview rooms, arranging lunches, and other duties as needed. Partner with travel coordinator to ensure candidates arrive and depart at optimal times for both candidates and hiring team. Coordinate and schedule offsite recruiting activities such as college hiring events, local job fairs, and other recruitment-related events. Enter and post newly opened job openings to applicant tracking system (ATS) as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Accurately track all aspects of newly hired associates from their acceptance through their first day of paperwork. Notify new hires of time of arrival as well as proper documentation they must provide during their first day of onboarding. Clearly deliver proper initial information to new hires about time entry, systems, and other items they will need to be made familiar with. Communicate clearance to hiring managers about their new hires along with expectations of when they will arrive. Partner with our Communications team regarding new hires for our internal communications and recognition efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Experience as an HR coordinator (preferred). Strong time management or project management skills. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new technology quickly. Proficient using Office 365. A naturally positive attitude with high energy and excitement Shows flexibility and resilience with shifting priorities. Desire to provide value as both an independent contributor as well as a team collaborator. Self-motivated, takes initiative, makes things happen, and demonstrates accountability. Strong team contributor with a can-do attitude. Self-aware and accepting of feedback. Ability to visualize full lifecycle of projects to prevent gaps and ensure completion. Curious and creative.
