Job Description

This position is a part time administrative role to support Payroll and HRIS team. The schedule is as follows:

M - Wed, 5am -12:00 pm (21 hours)

Sat & Sun, 6am -10 am (8 hours) 

Responsibilities: 

Monitor and correct daily timecards for missed punches, incorrect coding or crew. Maintenance of clocks – clean and check for device updates. Assist Crew leads with PET timesheet App. Assist field employees with PET Personal App on their phone device. Assist HRIS Specialists conduct trainings at remote sites.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school Diploma or GED  Data entry

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, AND SKILLS:

Type 25 wpm and 10 key typing MS word, excel outlook a must Bilingual in English & Spanish Communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Pay Range: $19/hr - $22/hr. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
