Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as a Patient Access Specialist.

To serve this mission, we ask you to provide exceptional customer service and to organize, coordinate and assist in the smooth running of the department. Our Patient Access Specialist are a vital part of our Emergency Room (ED), Main Admissions and Physician Clinics. This could include night shifts of 6pm-6am.

As a RWHS Patient Access Specialist, you will:

Accurately admits and registers all inpatients and outpatients according to policy and procedures.Understands and can communicate the information contained on all forms as required by law or insurance regulation.Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Experience in clerical activities and computer operations
