About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team at Cecil’s Tire & Automotive in Jenks, OK. As a Service Writer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Communicate with technicians and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Prepare and explain service estimates and invoices to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or automotive service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
