Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for middle school provider role in Norwich, CT.
This would be a school based role 3 days per week with option to work in another clinic location the other 2 days of the week if you want full-time.Epic EMR.
Schedule: when school is not in session the clinic is closed. The school holidays take the place of the vacation time. So instead of getting PTO, you would get all of the school breaks instead, such as Christmas week, MLK day, presidents day and more. There is also a sick bucket as well.
Summer break is negotiable depending on your wants/needs you can take the summer off or choose to work in an outpatient location. Requirements Masters degree and current Connecticut licensure as APRN or Physician Assistant Prefer one to three years experience (Ambulatory care experience preferred) Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently All employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19

Located on the Thames, Shetucket, and Yantic Rivers at the junction of Interstate and Route 2, Norwich is a historic city that provides its residents easy access to Hartford, New Haven, and the shoreline. Its a 40-minute commute to Hartford, an hours commute to New Haven, and 30 minutes to Mystic. It is one of the more affordable communities to own a house in Connecticut.
One of Connecticuts two National Scenic Byways, Route , begins at the junction of Routes 2 and 32.
