The Opportunity:
Spearhead lead sourcing and business development through targeted face-to-face prospecting. Conduct thorough research to pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers. Maintain regular follow-ups with decision-makers to cultivate and nurture new business relationships. Secure in-person business appointments to drive sales. Continuously update and refine data in our sales prospect database. Convert outbound/inbound leads into lucrative business partnerships. Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Effectively manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.Our Ideal Candidate:
Possesses exceptional communication skills and an unwavering work ethic. Prior Sales Experience is highly valued Demonstrates a hunger for advancement within the B2B Sales and Marketing sector. Exhibits innate leadership qualities. Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Enthusiastic about delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
