Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for a Coordinator of Residential Housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the occupancy management process for approximately 2,800 residential beds. This is a full-time 12-month position that reports to the Associate Director of Residential Operations and Finance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization. Experience with StarRez, CBORD-HMS, EResLife, etc., or another related housing management software. Experience with Banner, or another related student management software. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and professionally with university and external constituencies, with an appreciation for cultural and group difference. Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Education, Public Administration or related area. 1-2 years of housing management experience. Experience in a customer service setting. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Salary and Benefits: The Minimum Salary for this position is $53,151.
