U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Operations Manager to lead our West Florida resource assignment and client support teams in Tampa, Sarasota, Ft Myers. The ideal candidate has exceptionally strong leadership skills and will be responsible for guiding and supporting the teams by organizing resources, inspiring employees, and maximizing output. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting to our West Florida offices quarterly for team meetings and resource recruiting.

Essential Job Functions of the Regional Manager:

Operational ownership of client experience and calendar coverage within the region Oversee Resource Assignment Analysts to provide mentorship and guidance on coverage strategy and concerns Partner with sales leadership and sales team on strategies for client retention and revenue opportunities Act as a point person for client escalations; handling from start to resolution Identify areas of improvement to pursue with the Regional DirectorWork with Director on process or workflow improvementsAssist with recruiting and onboarding staff and resources Weekly and monthly reports

Requirements to become a Regional Manager:

Ability to learn and navigate multiple platformsStrong customer service and leadership skills Reliable and flexibleBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not requiredLegal experience is a bonus Must reside in Florida state and be willing to periodically visit our West Florida offices: Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers
