Job Purpose

Quality Engineer with the core role and responsibility to assure quality products to our final customer through data collection and analysis that supports specifications to manufacturing, confirmation testing and quality problem solving.

Key Accountabilities

•Collect test/analysis data using a variety of equipment/methods

•Write technical reports to document analysis and countermeasure activity

•Execute analysis plan for quality concern

•Support conclusion of results after analysis plan

•Propose countermeasure activity, including process and/or specification change

•Support the development of analysis plan for quality concern

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 0-6 Years of experience dependent upon education
  • Positive Attitude, open minded, and team player
  • Ability to solve complex problems through analysis to propose and implement appropriate countermeasures based on timing, quality, and cost
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and problem solving
  • Strong self-motivation and desire to work in a manufacturing environment
