Consultant- Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst AltaSource Group  is looking for a BI Reporting Analyst for our Global Digital Media Client Be part of market-leading technology and information services with a renowned corporation.
 
 The Senior Business Intelligence(BI), Data/Reporting Analyst in the PMO PMO Process and Tools Center of Excellence is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data related to the performance and delivery of projects and programs within the Enterprise Technology PMO. The PMO BI/Data/Reporting Analyst works closely with project managers, program managers, and senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for improving project outcomes and aligning them with the strategic goals of the organization. The PMO BI/Data/Reporting Analyst also creates, designs, and maintains reporting and analytics solutions. Day to day, you will: Develop and maintain data collection systems and tools for the PMO, including data input, extraction, presenting; ensuring data quality and integrity. Develop reporting solutions to help the business make better decisions, extraction of key data, and creation and management of operational dashboards to continue reviewing the applicable data sets. Perform data analysis and visualization using various methods and tools, such as Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI to provide actionable insights and support decision making. Design, develop, test and implement new Power BI dashboards and visualizations with agile, portfolio, service management, and data visualization platforms (Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, PowerBI, etc) Create and update dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key project and program metrics, such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, etc. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements and provide data-driven solutions and support. Perform data analysis and modeling using various methods and tools, such as DAX, M, SQL, etc. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes Provide training and support to business users on the use of Power BI and related tools. Identify and monitor trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Support the PMO in establishing and implementing data governance and standards, as well as best practices and methodologies for project and program management. Collaborate with project managers, program managers, and senior stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements and provide data-driven solutions and support. Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices and trends in project and program management, and provide relevant data and insights to the PMOR. About You:   Your knowledge and skill set may also include: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, statistics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting, visualization, using Excel, PowerBI etc. Advanced Excel experience. Experience with PowerBI integrations with multiple platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong experience working with data, extracting it and presenting. Strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
