As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.

Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences Report to the activities director
