JOB DESCRIPTION As a Talent Acquisition Intern specializing in Early Careers Programming at Inspire Brands, you will be instrumental in the research, development, and planning of our Fall Recruiting season, targeting primarily our early careers programs (focused on intern recruitment). This dynamic role offers practical experience in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives, and program management within the recruitment function. Projects will vary, ranging from supporting the ongoing Summer 2024 internship cohort program to planning for Summer 2025 internships. This position offers cross-functional exposure to the HR and Talent teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Early Careers Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to research and develop innovative recruitment strategies targeting core universities in Atlanta, Boston, and Champaign for the upcoming Fall season. These strategies will aim to enhance our recruitment for Summer 2025 internships. Refine Internal Processes: Streamline processes for Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to gather interview feedback and expedite offer decisions for high-volume applications. This includes assisting in collecting internship headcount data in July 2024 to prepare Summer 2025. You will gain insights into HR best practices through exposure to our HR Support Center Team and our Workday HRIS. Candidate Engagement: Develop initiatives to target ICR employees for internship opportunities, potentially in collaboration with our Recruitment Marketing and Talent Experience Teams. Actively engage with the Summer 2024 Intern Hub and Forum to maintain connection with the Summer 2024 intern cohort. Event Coordination: Help plan and schedule our Fall 2024 recruitment events, such as information sessions, networking events, and campus visits to promote our early careers opportunities. This responsibility includes designating campus captains for each core school. Note: This internship is designed to be flexible and dynamic. Additional tasks and responsibilities may arise as needed throughout the internship, providing further opportunities for learning and contribution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Current Junior enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Previous experience in campus recruiting, HR, or related fields is preferred but not required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Must be in a commutable distance to our Sandy Springs office and able to be on-site 40 hours per week.
