Job summary
Cardiorespiratory Investigations are employing additional Assistant Technical Officers. The successful candidates will be working in the Community diagnostic hubs and at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust to support Cardiology, Respiratory and Phlebotomy. Experience in any diagnostic techniques to support these investigations will be beneficial.
Main duties of the job
Patients are transferred for diagnostic tests as in-patients, outpatients, from general practitioners and other hospitals.
Provides a high quality efficient and effective Cardiorespiratory investigations service to the local population. Unsupervised recording of Electrocardiograms and routine pulmonary function tests Application and Removal and safe handling of cardiac event recorders BP and sleep monitors
