Summary:
The fundamental purpose of the pharmacist position is to ensure the safe, effective, and appropriate provision and use of medications for the patient.Requirements:
Current/valid Pharmacist license issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy. 1 to 2 years of acute care hospital pharmacy staffing. Knowledge of current rules and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. Possesses knowledge and the necessary skills for the preparation of sterile and parenteral products. Able to effectively read, write and communicate in English Computer skills, especially experience with hospital and personal computer systems. Variable work hours, including weekends and/or evening shifts, may be required.
