Job Description 1

TIMET Morgantown is recruiting co-ops for the fall 2024 semester (approximately June - December).

We are looking for students in the following majors or similar:

Mechanical engineering Electrical engineering Chemical engineering Environmental health & safety Business Administration/Human Resources Information Technology

The co-op will understand the following:

Provide support and accepting project assignments (such as design, repair, improvement, and modification) of processes and/or equipment.

Recognize, evaluate, and provide solutions  Practice safety rules and regulations Communicate with higher management Implement classroom objectives in a hands-on environment Provide support as department needs

Co-Ops MUST:

Be enrolled in a four-year university program Be able to commit to six months (June-December) Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher Be comfortable working inside a manufacturing environment. Be able to reliably commute or relocate on-site

Duties & responsibilities will depend according to major and department.

Relocation

Relocation is authorized for this position.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
