EquipmentShare is searching for a Transportation Administrator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities
Champion the process of obtaining titles and registration for company vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment at various EquipmentShare locationsOversee the overall fuel card process, including setting up new drivers, adding cards to new vehicles and monitoring fuel charges Accurately document, store and keep organized all vehicle and trailer records Maintain a transparent and consistent communication pathway between EquipmentShare branch employees and Fleet department to ensure their needs are metCreate and provide reports to support the Fleet management team using Excel or Google Sheets (and other spreadsheet tools as needed)Review, analyze and confirm equipment/inventory purchases and leasesMaintain inventory purchase and allocation spreadsheetsMust have experience with Vlookups/Excel/Google SheetsDOT/DMV experiencePrevious fleet experience preferredWhy We’re a Better Place to Work

Skills & Qualifications
You have knowledge of or experience working with the Department of Transportation and/or Department of RevenueAn existing understanding of state-to-state titling and registration processing for vehiclesStrong foundation in working with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), using Pivot Tables and generating reportsThe ability to work and collaborate with departments across the organizationYou pay high attention to detail and prioritize accuracy when completing your workYou have exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skillsYou’re a team player through and throughOffer support to branch inquiries Help manage vehicle inventory Communicate with the branches regarding received unitsHelp with the managing of fuel cards, tolls, vehicle registration and titlesEquipmentShare is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
