Role Responsibilities
• Manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability
• Assist, coach, and mentor drivers with training and administrative tasks
• Plan and coordinate freight, driver schedules, and maintenance needs
• Monitor driver performance and address any concerns with support or disciplinary action
• Track drivers and loads to ensure efficient dispatching
• Coordinate backhauls to keep freight moving consistently
• Maintain frequent contact with drivers and monitor any issues or needs
• Handle urgent situations to ensure on-time delivery
• Orient new drivers and assist with unique scheduling needs

Job Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with office equipment and computer usage
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
