Maintenance Clerk

$19-23/hr

Free Employee Parking.

We are currently hiring for all positions pertaining to the Maintenance Department including: Clerks, Shift Leads, and Managers.

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in maintenance and sanitation of building required.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to consistently lift 35 - 50 lbs, unaided
What You Will Do:

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Pick up trash from all locations in the store throughout the day and as needed.
  • Check parking lot to remove shopping carts and empty trash.
  • Break down boxes and stack for recycling.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Power wash sidewalk and outside of building.
  • Wipe down tables on outside of building.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Follow employees guidelines for attendance, dress code and rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Lo Que Traerás:

  • Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en mantenimiento y saneamiento de edificios.
  • Habilidades efectivas de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para levantar constantemente de 35 a 50 libras, sin ayuda.
Qué Harás:

  • Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.).
  • Realice y documente las actividades de inspección y mantenimiento de rutina.
  • Recoja la basura de todos los lugares de la tienda durante el día y según sea necesario.
  • Revise el estacionamiento para quitar los carritos de compras y vaciar la basura.
  • Descomponga las cajas y apílelas para reciclarlas.
  • Realice labores de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales.
  • Lave a presión la acera y el exterior del edificio.
  • Limpie las mesas en el exterior del edificio.
  • Notifique a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurran o las necesidades de reparaciones.
  • Realice ajustes y reparaciones menores.
  • Siga las pautas de los empleados para la asistencia, el código de vestimenta y las reglas y regulaciones como se describe en el manual del empleado.
  • Almacene y mantenga las salas de suministros.
  • Deberes adicionales asignados por el Gerente
