Für unseren Bereich Industrial – Manufacturing Engineering suchen wir am Standort Lauf ab sofort einenProjektmanager/Ingenieur Manufacturing Engineering (w/m/d) mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:- Sie haben Lust auf eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit? Bei uns übernehmen Sie die Umsetzung der Neuplanung/ Verlagerung von Maschinen und Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung der zugehörigen Infrastruktur und Gesamtverantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Inbetriebnahme.
- Sie betreuen die Planung und Durchführung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bestand sowie Neubaumaßnahmen auf dem Gebiet der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), bewerten hierbei Gebäude und erstellen immobilienbezogene Konzepte.
- Eigeninitiative zeigen Sie bei der Ausarbeitung und Überwachung von Abnahmetests in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigung sowie bei der Beauftragung, Steuerung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern.
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Leitung von Ramp UP- und Optimierungsprojekte innerhalb der Projektaufgabe sowie die Erstellung von Projektplänen, regelmäßiges Tracking und Controlling der Projekte inkl. Durchführung von Reports.
- Ihre Analyse- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten können Sie bei der Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Machbarkeitsstudien inkl. Einholung von Angeboten, Prüfung von Investitionsvorhaben hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und technischer Umsetzbarkeit unter Beweis stellen.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement für anspruchsvolle technische Produkte, und/oder im Bereich der Fabrikplanung und Infrastrukturprojekte
- In anspruchsvollen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick unterstützt durch Ihre ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Ihr Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Mit ihrer strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise erstellen Sie Gebäudepläne und halten diese stets aktuell.
- Umfassendes Know-how moderner Projektmanagementtechniken ist für Sie selbstverständlich sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP.
- Kompetenzen wie Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu überzeugen, runden Ihr Profil ab.
