Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Regional Nursing Resource Team to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.
The Regional Nursing Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market based, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facilities within Greater Charlotte (GCM) Market . Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. These CNA’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications to travel and work in 5 facilities within Greater Charlotte (GCM) market . One Year of working in Hospital Setting is Required.

Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience : 6 months in an acute hospital setting, required. In an acute hospital setting, preferred. Licensure/Certification: NA I, required.Additional Skills (required): Basic computer skills for documentation. De-Escalation Techniques
