Information Technology/System Administrator I

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology/System Administrator with an active Secret Clearance and 8570 IAM I or IAT II certification to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. 

The IT/SA will provide information technology support which includes system administration, network administration, application administration, database administration, and computer security support for a broad range of UNIX, Solaris, and PC based computer systems, and weapon system software/hardware.   

 

Schedule 

  • Facilities are open 6am-6pm - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours
  • You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments
  • A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree and any relevant experience OR
    • Associates Degree with 1 year experience OR
    • High School Diploma with 2 years' experience 
  • DoD Approved 8570 IAM I or IAT II certifications (IAT II - CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP or IAM I – CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP)
  • Experience providing network environment (NE) or advanced level computing environment (CE) support, along with at least one of the following:
    • Windows Server
    • Shell scripting
    • Linux (RedHat)
    • VMware
    • Storage/Cloud technologies
    • Cisco IOS
    • Active Directory
    • Experience in UNIX environment
    • Solaris environment
    • Oracle DBA experience
    • Experience in IT environments or software development environments
