Responsibilities:

Operational Activity:

Clean out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations.  Provide excellent customer service while interacting with truck drivers.  Check loads to ensure the fluid is acceptable for disposal.  Proactively monitor water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters.  Conduct daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions.  Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor and account for skim oil volumes removed from the facility.  Track pump pressures.  Coordinate with trucking companies on the delivery of saltwater.  Monitor drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment.  Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.  Ensure compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.  Report safety and environmental issues to management. 

Competencies:

Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows environment.  Strong initiative and self-starter.  Ability to keep neat and accurate records.  Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization.  Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.  General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.  Ability to identify operational inefficiencies.  Understanding of business fundamentals.  Ability to implement cost-effective solutions.  Technical skills related to math and analytical thinking.  Understanding of the importance of environmental and safe work practices. 

Minimum Qualifications:

- years of Salt-Water Disposal Operator experience or Maintenance Roustabout/Pusher experience specific to Centrifugal, triplex, and H Pumps, etc.  Must be knowledgeable with O&G Production Operations.  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.  Strong working knowledge of PD pumps, Quinniplex pumps, H pumps, & Centrifugal pumps and working oil.  Good written and verbal communication skills.  Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Excel) and simple mathematical calculations.  Valid driver's license and clean record.  Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including: background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility, and fit for duty.
