Position Available: Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) 

Salary: $37/hr

As a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) 

  • Evaluation and Planning: Collaborate in evaluating residents and devising customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Independence Promotion: Play a pivotal role in assisting residents with daily tasks, enhancing their ability to live independently.
  • Support Provision: Monitor residents engaging in prescribed activities, ensuring their well-being and progress.
  • Rehabilitation Facilitation: Aid in the rehabilitation of residents who have experienced injury, illness, or other health challenges, helping them regain their optimal quality of life.
  • Confidentiality Safeguarding: Uphold resident confidence by responsibly handling confidential information.
  • Teamwork Promotion: Foster a cooperative and harmonious relationship among healthcare teams, actively contributing to our collective success.

Qualifications:

  • Florida State COTA License: Current Florida State COTA License is mandatory.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care settings is a plus.
