RoleResponsibilities
As a Senior Data EngineerCASM Platform you will:

  • DataIntegration API Development: Integrate diverse cybersecurity datasources using varietyof API mechanisms and to standardize andstreamline data across the data and user planes.
  • Build and maintain data APIs for seamless access to datapipelines enabling realtime insights for applications machinelearning models and analytical layers.
  • DataPipeline Engineering Optimization: Design develop and optimizelargescale ETL/ELTpipelines on Databricks to efficiently processand transform cybersecurity data. Utilize PythonPySpark andDatabricks to automate and standardize data workflows across stages(rawcleaned curated) ensuring scalability and highperformance.
  • Data Quality & Governance:Implement automated data quality checks leveraging DatabricksDQMtools and CI/CD pipelines to uphold data integrity and governancestandards. Ensure datlineage metadata management and compliancewith cybersecurity and privacy regulationsapplying rigorous qualitystandards across data ingestion and processingworkflows.
  • Data Analytics &Visualization: Design centralized data models and perform indepthdata analysis to support cybersecurity and risk managementobjectives. Develop visualizations anddashboards using tools likeDatabricks encapsulate data to spin up to React.js applicationlayerto provide stakeholders with actionable insights into threatlandscapes vulnerability trends andperformance metrics across theplatform.
  • Scalable & Secure DataArchitecture: Architect and manage secure highperformancedataenvironments on Databricks utilizing AWS services such as S3ELB and Lambda. Ensure dataavailability consistency and securityaligning with AWS best practices and data encryptionstandards tosafeguard sensitive cybersecurity data.
  • AgileProduct; Engineering Continuous Delivery: Collaborate with advancedAgile Product; Engineering crossfunctional teams to deliverdatadriven insights through analytics tools andcustomvisualizations that inform strategy and decisionmaking. Empowerstakeholders withtimely actionable intelligence from complex dataanalyses enhancing their ability to respond toevolvingcybersecurity risks.
  • Data Science & MLIntegration: deploy machine learning models including predictiveanalyticsanomaly detection and risk scoring algorithms into theCASM platform. Leverage Python andPySpark to enable realtime andbatch processing of model outputs enhancing CASM Platformsproactive threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Mentorship; Best Practices Promotion: Mentor juniorengineers establishing best practices in data engineering DevOpsdata science and analytics. Encourage high standards inmodeldeployment data security performance optimization andvisualization practices fostering aculture of innovation andexcellence.
