Pay band:

$17-20

The Desired Experience and Competencies:

1-2 years of experience as a barista or beverage creation Food handlers permit required Highschool diploma or GED required Experience in recipe scaling and documentation a plus Experience in hospitality a plus Barista Training Certification a plus

Your Accountabilities as a Barista:

Hands-on preparation and service of beverages
Educating guests, training staff, and monitoring trends Maintaining equipment, restocking, and cleaning Using point-of-sale (POS) systems for tracking sales, processing transactions, and managing customer data
