Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in children. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to creating customized therapy plans that meet the individual needs of each child and their family.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that engage and motivate children. Educate and collaborate with family members and caregivers to support the child's therapy goals at home. Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in pediatric speech and language pathology. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). (Preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered)  Experience working with pediatric patients across a broad age range (birth-21 years) with various communication and swallowing disorders. Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development and disorders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with children and their families. Proficiency in conducting assessments and using therapeutic technology and tools. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
