Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes all new patients/parents in the office and follows patients through their entire patient journey
  • Understanding of general orthodontic operations and patient flow
  • Verifying patients insurance
  • Utilize tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs to start treatment
  • Present treatment plans, negotiate agreeable finance options, and execute sales contracts
  • Utilize available financial options to give patients choices for how they can start orthodontic treatment financially
  • Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections
  • Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the perfect patient experience
  • Corresponds with general dentists and specialists.
  • Market to general dentist and is involved with community events

Qualifications:

  • We're willing to train the right candidate for a great career path
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to correspond with proper English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Proficient on the computer
