About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) PositionWe are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

The ideal candidate will be dependable and courteous with outstanding communication skills. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and on-going training. 
RBT Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 
  • Collect and record data on client behavior.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families. 
  • Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

RBT Qualifications 

  • Covid-19 vaccination required
  • Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
  • If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
  • Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment. 
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Respectful and compassionate.
  • Good time management skills. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be energetic.
  • Hold strong ethics. 
  • Able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Ability to sit on the ground.
