BASIC OVERVIEW
Outbound Associates are responsible for efficiently and accurately shipping orders, ensuring they are processed and shipped in a timely and secure manner. Some of these positions require forklift operation. Outbound Associates will receive in house training for success in their position. You will be expected to work at a fast pace, be attentive to detail, willing to work hard with a good attitude, and be able to embrace change. You will be using a number of different body mechanics including, but not limited to, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling.

A- 1st Shift
Monday- Thursday
7:00am - 5:30 pm
B- 1st Shift
Tuesday- Friday
7:00am - 5:30pm
WAGE
Starting Wage is $23.50/hr, with the potential raise every 6 months of up to $0.88.
ESSENTIAL JOBS AND JOB FUNCTIONS
Order Picker-
Drive an order picker to assigned bins, identifying proper items and quantities for all ordersWalk to assigned bins, identifying proper items and quantities for all ordersEnsure that all orders are picked properly in a timely manner with strong attention to detailUse a scanner to verify and identify products and then load products onto a conveyor beltConsolidator-
Use scanners to verify and identify products pulled by pickers and received in consolidating areaAccurately identify corresponding orders to ensure that customers receive their complete orders in a short time frameOrganize and consolidate products of completed orders in totes, then placing them into put wall cubbies to be packedOrder Packer-
Use a scanner & SPS system to verify and identify products while ensuring that all orders are packed properly in a timely manner with strong attention to detailIdentify correct box size and downsize packaging to minimize shipping costs without sacrificing product quality and ensure that the product will be delivered without damageFind and enter important shipping information into the SPS systemBill and ship completed orders by utilizing warehouse systems (i.e. computer software, SPS system, scanners, conveyor, CVP)Place completed packages on packing belt and/or palletize finished shipments for loading on truckTruck Loader-
Accurately identify carrier based off label on packageMove palletized product from non-con and fast track taping areas to load onto proper designated trucks if neededEfficiently stack packages into correct trailer based on carrier in an interlocking patternLock out incoming trailers and unlock outgoing trailersFastTrack Bundler-
Ensure that all fast track orders are accurately and efficiently taped/bundled together in a timely manner with strong attention to detailShip completed orders by utilizing conveyor belt systemUse manual pallet jack to move palletized cases of product to designated secure areas if neededUse attention to detail to match correct quantities of product for respective orders to ensure accuracyALL OUTBOUND POSITIONS-
Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to carry out job duties; adhere to all safety training and Company policiesAdhere to attendance policy by maintaining regular, predictable on-site attendanceClearly communicate with manager any issues or concerns that arise regarding work dutiesReport any forklift issues to the Team Lead or Manager promptly to ensure they are properly resolved.Meet or exceed the department standards for productivity and accuracyMaintain a clean work area, including the removal of empty boxes from bins or aisles as neededOther duties as assignedWE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO:

Must be 18 or older1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; receiving and/or inventory experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Work a full shift which could range from 8-10 hours.Follow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, and quality standards, as well as attendance policy.Complete and pass all equipment trainingProficiency in using Microsoft Office- primarily excel, word and teams.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 10 hours/dayRequires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearingRequires the regular use of hands and wrists for simple grasping and fine manipulationsRequires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reachingRequires the ability to regularly lift / carry 50-75lbs. and push / pull up to 150lbs.WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
