BehaviorRx is operated by a team of educators.  As a School Psychologist for BehaviorRx, you will receive support and supervision from a Certified School Psychologist with 22 years of experience, 14 of those years served as a Lead School Psychologist in the Phoenix area.
BehaviorRx understands public education, special education, and school psychology and will work to help you achieve things that local school districts cannot.
We will foster your growth as a School Psychologist, as an employee, and as a person.
We will help you support students as you were trained to do.
Our agency understands how a School Psychologist should function within a district and will provide you with support that no other contract agency can.

Responsibilities

  • Provide School Psychologist services dependent upon the needs of the placement district.
  • We will work with your wishes and desires and find the right placement for you to function in a manner that aligns with your training and with your vision of what a School Psychologist should be

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a School Psychologist or relevant role
  • Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies
  • Experience working with children with a wide range of ages and disabilities
  • Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations and write compliant MET reports
  • A patient, resourceful, and resilient personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid state School Psychologist certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:

  • Varied based on placement

Mandatory:

  • Must possess a clear Illinois School Psychologist Credential
  • Must live in or be in the process of relocating to Illinois
  • Must have verifiable experience or be newly credentialed.
    Reciprocal out of state licenses currently in-progress will be considered.
