What You Will Do:

Responsible for processing housekeeping invoices for SSG Responsible for billing and processing freight charges Manage SupplyFORCE Billing error queue and A/R Mashup Assist and backup iSAMSupport with billings, transfers, and other duties. Review and process return goods Review transfer discrepancies Facilitate Processing of Customer Billings and Credits Facilitate core operations-related duties. File and Track Freight/Vendor Discrepancies and Damages Ensure that all Operations-related Queues are managed, monitored, or worked, to meet or exceed the required goals/deadlines for each. Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

Committed to 100% accuracy. Detail oriented Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers) Proficient in Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word Familiarity with NCE computer system (Epicor Eclipse) Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening Work cooperatively with team members and customers, with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Office Work Environment Extensive phone and computer usage Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires regular and reliable attendance
