As an electrical foreman - national ops in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects quality and resources with our customers. We are looking for a visionary who looks to build their future in a permanent, full-time position, provide an exceptional customer experience and leave a legacy in the specialized federal, commercial, industrial, water treatment, and airfield/airport electrical fields.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

As an electrical foreman - national ops, you will:

  • Working hands-on while overseeing areas of electrical work
  • Providing training and mentorship to those more junior in the trade
  • Leading team meetings or area coordination meetings
  • Creating 2-week and 4-week lookaheads
  • Developing material lists and communicating material needs to site supervision


Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience in the electrical trade on industrial and commercial job sites
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of electricians
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and available contract-related documents, and explain that information to a team


Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to read and understand a construction schedule preferred but not required
  • OSHA 30 preferred but not required
