Director- Advanced Technology

The Diversified Analog Solution (DAS) Busines Unit is hiring

The Diversified Analog Solution (DAS) BU covers a large variety of established and emerging market segments, including WiFi, Automotive, IoT, and Infrastructure. As a leader in the Advance Technology team of DAS BU, this role will lead the planning and execution of the packaging technology roadmap, within and across BUs. We need talented leaders to define the technology for the future

Job Responsibilities:

This position will be the center point of the packaging development and represents the BU at the company level. The person will collaborate with all leaders in the BU to define the packaging roadmap. Then he/she will partner with other BUs and advance the packaging and assembly technology for Skyworks. It's a perfect role if you are looking for a balance of technical and strategic challenges.

The position can be in based in Boston, Irvine or Ottawa.

Qualifications: 

Strong communication skills Technology planning and development experience Broad knowledge of analog and RF product In-depth experience assembly and module design, ranging from highly integrated SiP, to high power base station power amplifiers. Strong semiconductor knowledge is a plus. Master Degree with minimum of 10 yrs. of semiconductor industry experience
