:

Selling Activities

Individual Effort & Team effort with Sales Operations Manager & Sales Managers Understands overall Sales Plan including Revenue, Spread, and CM2 Focuses effort on achieving all sales goals and finding growth opportunities within areas of responsibility

Customer Service Activities

Proactive and responsive to all customer needs and provides solutions to all service related issues Customer updates on order status, lead times, market pricing changes, inventory management, etc.

Business Communications

Customer Departmental & Inter-Departmental Inter-Plant

Utilizing Knowledge

Products & Capabilities of RWD plant Markets served Customers Competitors

Key Accountabilities:

Achieve Sales & Profit Plan

Manage account base to meet Sales & Profit objectives Selling products for all Constellium manufacturing locations

“Best of Class”

Customer Perspective Customer Intimacy Preferred Supplier

“Voice of the Customer”

Manufacturing Other relevant departments Sister plants

Sales and Service Acumen

Preferred Supplier Best in Class Customer Intimacy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, required Five years Sales/Service experience – Aluminum Industry a plus, preferred Experience w/ SAP (Salesforce), preferred PC knowledge including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MMT, and Internal O/S Additional skills including listening, selling, written, and communication skills Ability to quickly learn aluminum terminology, products, and manufacturing processes
