Status: Team Member, hourly, 25-35 hours per week
Role Overview:
Inspect all items to be returned to our clients and make sure they meet our company’s quality
standards. Check for quality pressing, stain removal, and no chipped or broken buttons. Check
for small repairs that are needed. Scan item bar codes and then send to auto bagger. Then alphabetize items and file onto storage conveyor.
Your Team:
You will work with the production technicians and must be able to return items that do not meet
company standards.
You will report to the Production Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities (roles):
1. Understand garment construction and how certain materials should look and feel.
2. Understand and enforce inspection standards.
3. Look for special attention tags and make sure they are followed.
4. Able to identify any damage, spots, and stains and apply the spot tag process.
5. Return unsatisfactory items to production technicians.
6. Quality of finish / pressing inspection.
7. Look for broken/chipped buttons.
8. Discuss trends and/or concerns with the Production Team Leader.
9. Assemble, bag, alphabetize, and file orders.
Key Competencies:
Must have an eye for detail and be consistent regardless of volume.
Good communication with other team members and with the Production Team Leader.
Understanding each production station and the capabilities of each station.
Physical Requirements:
Good eyesight.
Physical endurance to stand for the entire shift.
Have the right mindset to do repetitive work.
Desired Results/Performance:
Less than ½ % of redos (not more than 5 pieces per 1,000 pieces processed).
Conditions:
Can be hot in summer.
Can be cold in winter.
Environment can be dangerous with moving equipment, chemicals, and different types of
machinery.

1. Number of Re-dos
Professional/Educational Background:
High school graduation or equivalent is required.
Training Schedule:
1. Production Team Member training - 60 days
