Insurance Coverage Litigator

We at Hire Counsel are working with a litigation boutique in the Los Angeles area seeking an attorney with 10-15 years of experience litigating insurance coverage cases in both state and federal court. The opportunity is available on a remote, hybrid, or in-office basis.
Candidates must be detail oriented and must possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Attorneys with coverage experience in medical malpractice, professional allied health matters, and workers compensation matters are especially encouraged to apply.
Candidates must submit, along with a resume, a writing sample, consisting in either (a) a memorandum of points and authorities; (b) a legal brief involving a complex coverage issue; or (c) a coverage analysis involving a complex issue.
The initial salary range is $140,000 to $160,000. The firm will consider both direct and contract hires. Benefits information is available from the firm partners in the interview process.
