Under the supervision of the Plant Manager and Speed Seal Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties on the speed seal production line; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success . Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk and listen; Stand, walk, and sit.
• Required to bend at the waist and stand for extended time; Lift and/or move up-to 50 pounds and up-to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Regular attendance is required.
