As a Controls Technician, you will be instrumental in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced Building Automation Controls and Facility Management Systems. Work independently and collaboratively to ensure systems meet our high standards and clients’ specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Development: Lead the design and development of automation systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnose and resolve system issues, enhancing operational efficiency and functionality.
  • Testing and Verification: Perform rigorous testing and verification of controls, adhering strictly to safety and performance standards.
  • Client and Team Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.


Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years in controls engineering, with a readiness to specialize in building automation systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability in reading electric/electronic diagrams and mechanical ANSI/ISO prints; experienced with AB programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and HMI-based control systems.
  • Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in PC use and familiarity with computer-aided design software are highly desirable.
