Groundskeeper

Overview

Groundskeeper maintains grounds by cutting lawns, trimming and edging walkways, flower beds and walls. Trims bushes and trees, plants bushes and flowers, weed beds and installs mulch. Parking lot plowing and salting. Also repairs and maintains equipment.

Essential Functions

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for Facilities Maintenance - Groundskeeper

Maintains property grounds by cutting lawns; trimming and edging along walkways, flower beds and walls; trims bushes and trees; plants bushes and flowers; applies lawn care chemicals as needed; and removes snow and spreads salt. Also repairs and maintains mowers, blowers, and sprinkler systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have prior plowing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 yr of similar work experience
  

Hourly Pay: $20.00/HR

Shifts: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm (with Overtime)
