Principal Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, storytelling, and playtime. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following all JCC safety protocols. Use the JCC's Client Relationship Management Software to communicate effectively with parents and program staff and monitor enrollment. Create a positive and nurturing environment that fosters learning and social interaction. Maintain a clean and organized play area.Qualifications:
Experience caring for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for working with children Patience, creativity, and resourcefulness CPR/First Aid certification preferred
