Required:
• Availability to work % of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Business analysis experience (1+ year, preferred);
• Experience processing purchase orders and shopping carts;
• Experience working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change;
• Experience defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development, and execution to project management;
• Experience in the application testing process for internal and external applications;
• Experience with end-to-end user acceptance testing;
• Experience executing test scripts, reporting defects accurately and thoroughly, and retesting efficiently.

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis;
• Ensure all processes are well documented;
• Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution;
• Conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance;
• Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.
