Key Responsibilities:
- Large Screen Network Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of large-screen media networks in retail stores, ensuring seamless integration with content management systems (CMS) that operate in retail environments.
- Build and Lead the Retail Media Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team that will oversee retail media operations, including screen network management, content distribution, and overall campaign performance.
- Retail Media Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive strategy for scaling a retail media network across multiple locations, using large screens to maximize customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Content Management Integration: Ensure that content management solutions are effectively implemented to provide dynamic, targeted media content across the retail screen network.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the execution of media campaigns across the network, working with retailers and brand partners to ensure high-quality, targeted content is delivered to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retail partners, agencies, and brands to drive advertising revenue and ensure seamless media operations.
- Technology & Data Integration: Stay at the forefront of digital signage and retail media technology, ensuring that the latest innovations in large screen technology and content delivery are applied to drive network efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, design, and technology teams to align media strategies with broader business goals.
- Data & Analytics: Use data analytics to track network performance, optimize content placement, and maximize media effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for screen network implementation and media campaigns, ensuring cost-effective strategies are employed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail media, with a strong focus on large screen networks and content management systems in a retail environment.
• Proven experience in leading the implementation of large-scale digital screen networks in physical retail spaces, including hardware and software integration.
• Hands-on experience with content management solutions (CMS) and digital signage software tailored to retail media networks.
• Deep understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior within those spaces.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to media effectiveness and content engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail and brand partners.
