Across North America, notable projects include, The Purple Line Extensions section 3 in Los Angeles, Water Tunnel number 3 in New York City, Eagle Mountain Gas Pipeline and Kemano T2 tunneling projects in British Columbia, Canada, the Inter-Quarry Tunnel in Leesburg, VA and the Century Mine in Volga, WV.

As a Laborer  at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to Brent Hemmer, Operations Manager , you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

Operate general construction tools as needed Perform other general laborer tasks and maintain a clean work area Load, transport and unload materials, supplies and equipment Operate mobile equipment; such as forklifts and aerial lifts Installation of upgrades for improved functions on hoisting systems and related equipment Material prep for fabrication including: SawingDrillingShearingGrinding

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Minimum of 1 year of stable work history in a Trade or construction-oriented environment Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision with a strong work ethic. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and perform work layout, preferred Proficient using a tape measure
