• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Patient Volume: 14-18 scheduled, & 2 new consults
• % of Practice:
     - 90% Clinic, 10% Hospital
     - 30% Hema, 70% Onco
• Physicians in Practice: 3; Hema Oncologist & Rad Oncologist
• Support Staff: 4 RNs, 4 MAs, 2 APPs
• Procedures: Mgmt of VAD/CV catheters
• Beds in the Dept: 13
• No. of Exam rooms: 13
• Resources/Equipment: Lab, X-ray, Chemo, & Medical Infusion on-site
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• BC
• Active WA License or IMLC
• ACLS, BLS
