Your Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient-centered care. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), assisting with a variety of patient care tasks and ensuring a safe, supportive, and clean environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Support:
Assist with patient assessments and care provisions, including measuring vital signs and recording patient information.Help patients meet their nutritional and elimination needs.Support patient mobility and comfort care, providing reassurance and emotional support.Safety and Cleanliness:
Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean, clutter-free environment and observing isolation precautions.Respond promptly to patient needs and assist with emergency situations as they arise.Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize tasks and manage departmental operations.Assist with clerical duties, including data entry and organizing patient charts.Professional Development:
Maintain current knowledge and competency in LNA practices.Participate in ongoing training and assist with the orientation of new staff.Qualifications:
Current certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in [State]. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?

Qualifications
Experience Minimum Required
• 1 year experience as an LNA or EMT-B in acute care setting
Education Minimum Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Special Skills Minimum Required
•ARC or AHA BLS
